Shopping for your body type is a game changer because…

…your clothes will fit and flatter you. It will enhance your best features, working for you not against you.

…you’ll always be comfortable. Garments designed for your body type will actually fit well, providing comfort throughout the day. Ill-fitting clothes are uncomfortable and restrict movement.

…you’ll be more confident. When you feel good about your appearance, it translates into greater self-esteem. You’ll be smiling from the inside out.

…you’ll shop efficiently. Knowing what styles, cuts, and sizes work best for your body type will reduce the amount of items you try on but increase the percent of clothes you actually buy.

Understanding your body type is a foundational piece of comprehensive personal styling. It is one of the first steps I take with my clients during the consultation. Wondering which of the six body types best reflects your body? Let’s go over them and a quick styling tip linked with a shoppable link so you can try on if you want and see the immediate difference it makes!
